A 20-year-old system won't tolerate subpar maintenance.
Many fleets have been online for over 15 years. In day-to-day service, this means complex malfunctions, a shortage of spare parts, and a huge need for improvisation.
Nevertheless, operators expect maximum availability. It’s a balancing act that simple “checklist maintenance” can’t handle.
This is exactly where HARU comes in. 🦅
These fleets require in-depth, cross-manufacturer expertise. We know the weak points of the core turbines inside and out:
🔧 Vestas: V80 to V150
🔧 Senvion / REpower: MD & MM classes, 3XM
🔧 GE: 1.5 MW and 2.x
We don’t just react to wear and tear—we manage it. With our in-house 36 kV expertise and maximum self-sufficiency, we arrive on-site, solve the problem, and get the turbine back online.

Strong partnerships built on mutual respect. 🤝
For us at HARU, our close collaboration with leading OEMs like Siemens Gamesa is much more than just fulfilling orders—it’s what drives our quality every day.
Why these partnerships are so valuable for both sides:
📈 Long-term security: With framework agreements, we create the stability on both sides that is needed to invest sustainably in our teams, tools, and the future.
⚙️ Technological edge: When a new turbine platform hits the market, we’re there from the very start. Our employees are trained directly on the latest equipment and apply this know-how directly in the field.
🛡️ Highest standards: The safety and quality requirements of OEMs are among the strictest in the industry. And that is exactly what drives us. It challenges us to deliver 100% on the equipment every day.
We are proud not only to meet the strict requirements of these market leaders, but also to prove our own commitment to quality anew every day.
Those who work closely with the best in the industry grow with their tasks. That is the HARU way. ⚡

Cheap maintenance ends up costing twice as much.
We are currently observing a dangerous trend in the service market: Tenders are increasingly being decided based solely on price.
The result? Quality, decades of experience, thorough documentation, and specialized high-voltage expertise (such as 36 kV) take a back seat because they initially strain the budget.
But the bill comes later—and it’s expensive. 🧾
When unplanned downtime looms or DGUV inspections are incomplete, the initial savings are immediately wiped out by massive losses in revenue.
At HARU, we don’t participate in this price war at the expense of quality. Our focus is on quality workmanship. Because true availability isn’t a coincidence—it’s the result of uncompromising precision. ⚙️
How do you see this in the market? Is the current trend leaning too heavily toward “cheap is best,” or does quality prevail in the end?

Honesty builds trust: A major change at HARU.
True strength isn’t demonstrated when the wind is at your back, but when you have to weather the storm. The current economic climate—rising logistics costs and noticeable market shifts—is putting many companies to the test.
We at HARU Service GmbH have also had to critically examine our structures and make clear decisions to set a consistent and stable course for 2026.
Our focus is now also on maintaining a direct line of communication with operators, especially here in our home region of Brandenburg.
“Maximum Uptime. Zero Compromise.” now means for us: leaner processes, more direct communication, and a 100% focus on 36kV expertise.

Continuity starts at the top.
Some people think that management only happens at a desk.
Well, no—we definitely see things differently here at HARU! Pictured here: Our managing directors, Sebastian Rutz and Steven Hampe, right on the shop floor.
For us, expertise isn’t just a theoretical buzzword—it’s the daily work we do on the equipment. We know the machines we maintain down to the smallest detail.
Through our long-term framework agreements, we not only offer our teams genuine stability but also guarantee our partners support based on continuity and deep trust. We grow with the challenges, securing the future of your wind farms.
Maximum Uptime. Zero Compromise.
How important is it to you to have a partner whose leadership still knows exactly what it’s like in the engine room? Let’s discuss this in the comments!

Yes, we can!
We often say this because our technical expertise knows no system boundaries. Whether it’s a Vestas V90, Senvion 3XM, or GE 1.5 MW—our team isn’t just “on-site”; they have a deep understanding of the subject matter.
Why is that? Our technicians come directly from the manufacturers and bring the necessary depth of knowledge for every turbine—we place great emphasis on this. As a manufacturer-independent specialist unit, we combine this insider knowledge with maximum self-sufficiency (including 36 kV switching authorization).
This allows us to deliver excellent results in wind farms:
✅ Shorter downtime through proactive fault detection.
✅ Maximum legal certainty through comprehensive DGUV-V3 documentation.
✅ A single point of contact for your entire fleet.

5 Years of Trust: Connected Wind Services & HARU.
Partnerships aren’t just built on paper. They’re forged in the engine room—and through absolute trust. Today, we visited Connected Wind Services (CWS) to toast the very trust we’ve built over the past five years.
Today, we not only looked back on many shared milestones, but above all, we turned the page to the next chapter. For us, one thing is now certain: We will continue our successful collaboration and expand it even further! 🤝
A special thank you goes to the outgoing dispatcher, who has safely navigated us through every assignment over the past few years (we hope the HARU barometer gets a place of honor!).
Thank you to everyone present today for the extremely constructive dialogue on equal terms (from left to right):
